BI Service Specialist

Project Delivery Area:

Business Development:

Verification of submitted tasks: analysis with the user, system verification, application behavior analysis vs. documentation
Resolving requests and handling them in the ServieNOW and Azure DevOps systems

Communication with IT teams: infrastructure, network, BI architects, .NET architects - website status monitoring
Execution of defined scripts in the application and database - description of requests for submission to the development team

Project Delivery Area:

Verification of submitted tasks: analysis with the user, system verification, application behavior analysis vs. documentation

Professional experience:

Tech Skills:

Soft skills:

At least 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Service Desk related to BI solutions

Basic knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Basic knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Service NOW, Visual Studio, Git tools is welcome

The ability to verify and analyze submitted orders directly with business users
Must be able to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user level
English - fluent in speech and writing (the project is entirely conducted in English)

Professional experience:

At least 3-4 years’ experience in the field of Service Desk related to BI solutions

Tech Skills:

Basic knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server

Basic knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI
