Data Platform Domain Lead
We are looking for a Data Platform Domain Lead to join our team!
The Ideal candidate has experience in creating and delivering data platforms, data warehouses, has an exceptionally good understanding of architecture.
We are looking for a leader that will be driving domain development, be trusted advisor for our customers and take an active role in sales activities.

- Leading the Data Platform & Engineering Domain in Elitmind
- Being trusted advisor for customers in current area of Data Platform modernization based on Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake solutions
- Creating standards of delivery and quality including frameworks and best practices
- Building input for offers based on customers’ requirements
- Taking care for running projects in terms of staff, requirements and general delivery
- Taking care for team development in terms of required competencies
- Setting up and developing internal procedures and standards for delivery
- Reports to Head of Delivery
- Manage a team based on current employees and new hires depending on requirements
- Ensuring data quality and integrity in projects
- Plan delivery capacity and cooperate with sales department
- Gather customer requirements and prepare work estimation for offers
- Plan roadmap of domain development and handling realization
- Manage internal Center of Excellence initiatives in application development tribe. Gather best practices, frameworks and standards to provide as much reusable components as possible

SOFT SKILLS:
- 5+ Extensive conceptual and technical knowledge on Analytics, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, Data Warehousing and with architecture frameworks
- 3+ years of experience in leading data solution, project management and team management
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks like SQL, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, as well as
- Knowledge of enterprise architectures and technology trends, with specific focus on the Microsoft ecosystem
Nice to have:
- Understanding of Azure Infrastructure and Deployment
- Experience in Azure Data services, Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric
- Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and others is important.
- Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations
- Experience managing both pre-sales (offering and solutioning), managing the capability and being responsible for the delivery.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation
- Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Open minded, self-driven, eager to learn new technologies and put newly acquired knowledge into practice
