- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions.
- Implement infrastructure solutions in the cloud, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure the reliability and performance of cloud-based environments.
- Drive automation across processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support and maintain data platforms and reporting platforms for large-scale enterprise clients.
- Stay ahead of DevOps trends and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance on best practices for operational monitoring, security, and scalability.
- Leading the DevOps competency domain in Elitmind that are targeted for delivery optimization
- Providing a technical roadmap and architecture for DevOps platforms that will be proposed to our customers
- Being trusted advisor for customers
- Gathering customer requirements and prepare work estimation for offers
- Participating in creation of DevOps services offer and selling strategy in area of data platform administration and maintenance
- Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices, conducting research and executing new techniques
- Setting up and developing internal procedures and standards for development and operations
- Managing internal Center of Excellence initiatives in DevOps tribe. Gather best practices, frameworks and standards to provide as much reusable components as possible
TECH SKILLS:
SOFT SKILLS:
- Mid-level: 2+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.
- Senior: 5+ years with proven expertise in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and monitoring practices.
- Proficiency in Azure Data Services, Databricks, Snowflake, and related tools (experience with MS Fabric is a plus).
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and networking, including secure integration of on-premises and cloud resources.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep).
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is a big plus.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (nice to have, but not critical).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them in practice.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- 5+ years of experience in configuration/release management, deployment, maintenance and familiarity with various DevOps tools and practices in data area
- Conceptual and technical knowledge on CI/CD Pipelines, Automation Practices, Technical Operations Monitoring
- Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations
- Experience in Azure Data services, Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric
- Experience managing both pre-sales (offering and solutioning), managing the capability and being responsible for the delivery.
- Knowledge of enterprise architectures and technology trends, with specific focus on the Microsoft ecosystem
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation
- Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Open minded, self-driven, eager to learn new technologies and put newly acquired knowledge into practice.
