Data & AI Digital Advisor / Enterprise Data Architect 

We are looking for a person  who will be involved in the Elitmind’s activities:

Technical Advisory, Business Development and Pre-Sales activities.

In short, we are looking for a Technology Architect and Digital Advisor to join our existing

Digital Advisor Dream-Team. 

The perfect candidate for this position has a proven track record of being pre-sales, sales or enterprise architect, necessarily with a specialization in Data area technologies (in plus Microsoft).  

If you want to have complete ownership over your projects, along with financial issues and calculations, as well as help our clients and partners to implement the latest Cloud Data technologies - then we are looking for you! 

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development: 

  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new Customers and their Business Decision Makers in Poland and/or abroad 
  • Sole ownership in relations with a designated group of own Customers 
  • Working on a shared vision of cooperation and acting as Trusted Data & AI Advisor to Customer 
  • Driving sales process according to process and policies 
  • Performing envisioning, architecting and initial scoping meetings  
  • Taking responsibility for sales materials, sales meetings, offerings and Scope of Work 

Project Delivery Area: 

  • Designating and scoping the projects with Solution Architects and Project Owners 
  • Understanding a client’s enterprise architecture and envisioning final solutions 
  • Designing the architecture of the solution as well as supporting analyzing and creating functional requirements 
  • Making sure that all planned phases of the project run smoothly and without slippage 
  • Conducting sales processes following the principles of Elitmind 
  • Responsibility for net-profit calculation, the scope of work and pricing documents 
  • Accountability for meeting project goals and overall customers satisfaction  

Personal development: 

  • Constant technical development to propose the newest technologies and solutions 
  • Passing certificates as per agreed technical development plan 
  • Improving soft skills by attending the trainings and self-development  

Requirements

Professional experience: 

  • At least 5 years in architect role or proficiency in Microsoft data technologies  
  • At least 3 years in sales or pre-sales role 
  • At least 3 years in leading and scoping projects 
  • At least 3 years of experience in working directly with external Customers  
  • Fluent business English allowing to perform activities with Customers on the Architect/Project Manager/Sales and C-level 
  • Travel up to 25% if necessary (local or global market - to be decided) 

Soft skills: 

  • Self-managed, executor, highly organized and goal-oriented 
  • Good tasks prioritization  
  • Presentation skills for business decision makers and CxO level 
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving approach 
  • Open to step out of comfort zone and ready to constantly expand your knowledge and skills 
  • Experience in sales and pre/sales  
  • Open to challenges and changes leading to step out of comfort zone 

Tech and business processes skills:  

  • Azure Data Services  
  • SQL Server Business Intelligence stack 
  • Power BI 
  • Big Data and Advanced Analytics 
  • Business processes or vertical skills (Controlling/Finance, Retail, Marketing, IT processes, Manufacturing etc.)
