IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a minimum 2 years experience in the area of IT support. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of working with Intune and Entra ID services, knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements and network related concepts. 

 👉 It is essential to us for the candidate to work in hybrid system - our main office is located in Warsaw. :)

  • Providing technical assistance to our employees for hardware, software and network issues
  • Providing IT support to company employees
  • Preparing and inventorying computer equipment
  • Participating in the fulfillment of orders for hardware IT equipment
  • Using Entra ID on daily basis
  • Collaborating with internal project teams
  • Understanding the mechanisms of IT infrastructure monitoring and analysis
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation
  • Perform tasks in accordance with IT service delivery standards such as ITIL, PRINCE2, ISO 9000, ISO 27000

Requirements Digital Advisor needed

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or similar position
  • Practical knowledge of Intune and Entra ID services
  • Knowledge of computer hardware design and basic configuration elements
  • Knowledge of issues related to the configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks
  • Good knowledge of configuration of Microsoft Windows system
  • Must be able to communicate clearly at a technical and end-user level
  • Goal- and team-oriented approach is essential to us
  • Can-do and problem-solving attitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • English proficiency at a minimum of level B2

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Power BI
  • IT certifications, especially related to Azure (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals)
