Lead Delivery Manager (Data & AI)
We’re looking for a Lead Delivery Manager who can push our delivery craft forward, coach and manage a team of delivery managers, and support some of the most complex engagements of our company.
The perfect candidate has previous experience in leading a team, is proficient with data-driven applications and integration, business insights, business intelligence solutions, data warehouses, real-time analytics and machine learning.

- Manage team of Delivery Managers
- Be accountable for the overall portfolio of projects for clients and ensuring they are delivered as scheduled
- Communicate effectively with delivery, maintenance teams and stakeholders
- Provide support for technical leaders and project teams in implementing BI solutions according to delivery standards based on Center of Excellence
- Effectively provide support and directions for best project assignments and allocation
- Support in solving any risks or anomalies that impact the project
- Oversee and manage the quality of project delivery to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide presentations and solution demonstrations to explain and prove how we can make customers businesses more successful
- Designate and scoping the projects with Solution Architects, Account Managers and Project Managers
- Recruit new staff members
- Provide guidance and feedback both to technical resources (including contract resources) as well as managers
- Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team environment with the ability to influence and foster cross-team and cross-area collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and production support team to ensure SLAs are met
- Work with other tech leads and architects to ensure high quality delivery
- Manage team of Delivery Managers
