Senior Business Intelligence Consultant
In short, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to join our #DataHero Team.
The perfect candidate for this position has a proven track record of being a Team Leader or Architect.

- Desining & building analytical solutions based on the best practices and most recent Microsoft solutions (on-premise architecture and Cloud).
- Data analysis and exploration, as well as IT architecture development and maintenance in cooperation with Architects and Business Analysts.
- Desining & building databases, data warehouses and developing analytical reports and visualizations. It is all designed to ensure real business profits for our clients.
- Estimating the effort required to deliver a project based on the statement of work
- Supervising technical quality and set priorities for other Team Members
- Leading meetings with the customer technical teams (training, handovers, requirements gathering, etc.)
- Delivering external technical event on-site or remotely for current and potential customers
- Preparing technical input for offers
- Constant technical development to deliver projects based on the newest technologies and solutions
- Passing certificates as per agreed technical development plan
- Improving soft skills by attending the training and self-development

- At least 6 years’ experience in the field of Microsoft Business Intelligence
- Experience in the analysis of business requirements and designing Business Intelligence class solutions, especially the architecture of Data Warehouse (Kimball or Data Vault), and OLAP or Tabular base.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Team Leader would be an advantage
- Self-managed, executor, highly organized and goal-oriented
- Proactive approach and focus on cooperation
- Good tasks prioritization
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Open to step out of comfort zone and ready to constantly expand your knowledge and skills
- English at a minimum level B2 (mainly projects for foreign clients)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as Microsoft BI: SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI,
- Experience in Azure projects Azure DWH, DataLake, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks.
- Microsoft Certification in the area of Data Platform and Business Intelligence would be a great asset.
Professional experience:
