Senior Snowflake Engineer
In short we are looking for a Snowflake Engineer with experience in SQL Development and Data Analysis to join our Elitmind' dream-team!
The perfect candidate should have recent Snowflake experience, experience in Database like Oracle / AWS RDS etc . (developing a new complex data warehouse), experience in Python programming, hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities: SnowSQL, SnowPipe and be able to administer Snowflake computing platform.
Project Delivery Area:
Business Development:
- Providing production support for Data Warehouse issues such data load problems, transformation translation problems
- Analyzing and optimizing queries
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries against Snowflake
- Developing scripts Unix, Python etc. to do Extract, Transform and Load data
- Developing ETL pipelines in and out of data warehouse using combination of Python and Snowflakes SnowSQL
- Translating requirements for BI and Reporting to Database design and reporting design
- Testing and clearly documenting implementations, so others can easily understand the requirements, implementation, and test conditions
- Understanding data transformation and translation requirements and being responsible for choosing tools to get the job done
- Managing data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipeline using cloud based
